While I’m posting, I should let you know that we are looking to get started on the following volumes:
The Complete Guide to Writing Romance, Volume One (anticipated to be three volumes)
The Complete Guide to Writing Mystery, Volume One (anticipated to be two volumes)
The Complete Guide to Writing to Writing Horror (I’m thinking a single volume, but I could be wrong!)
I will be posting on www.dragonmoonpress.com soon some guidelines, but we are looking for experienced writers to cover a multitude of topics, plus two editors per book (Our editors are usually contributors to the Guides, and thus author’s themselves)
I’d like to also get started on some short workbook style companions, but haven’t fully fleshed out the idea yet.
If you are interested in participating, please leave me a comment here.
Thanks!

So, Volume 3 is in the can, and we actually had a few copies printed before Christmas, but will be launching the book this spring through our distributor, Fitzhenry&Whiteside. That means that copies are available now, but you won’t see copies anywhere yet. Just part of the transition woes. There have been a few, but I don’t think it’s been too bad. This has created a bit of confusion for this title, but we will get it all cleared up.
We’re also hard at work reformatting the first two volumes and getting them printed up with new covers. Other than a few typo’s, the books will remain the same, they will just have new fonts and new covers. I never knew when I picked them up how good these books would be, and that we would want to start a whole series! I will post more shortly on the new volumes I want to get started on… I’ll be looking for contributors, if anyone is interested!

So we got the books (finally!) from the printer last week, only to discover an unnoticed font error. So here is a very public apology to all readers - the Italic N’s have converted to some weird character… so Bob Iailor should be Bob Nailor (sorry Bob!). And I noticed an odd chapter shift. These are font issues we will correct in the next print run. I guess that’s the good news… the books are doing well enough that we will likely have another print run.
